Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the drywall repair site handles contact details, property information, photos, CRM delivery, analytics, and deletion requests.
Information Collected
The form may collect name, mobile phone, email, property address, customer role, property type, occupancy, damage details, photos, desired timing, access notes, approval notes, work-order references, and consent to contact.
Why Photos Are Collected
Uploads help review visible drywall conditions, route the request, and decide whether the practical next step is photo review, service visit, paid site evaluation, specialty review, or decline. Uploads may reveal private property conditions, so visitors should avoid uploading access codes, identity documents, financial information, or unrelated private material.
CRM, Storage, Email, SMS, Analytics, and Automation
Production integrations may process submitted information through private storage, CRM, email, SMS, call tracking, analytics, and automation tools. Final lead delivery is intended to store original photos in private Vercel Blob storage and create the authoritative contact, opportunity, note, review link, and owner notification workflow in GHL before the customer reaches the thank-you page.
Retention and Deletion
The production retention period needs owner confirmation before launch. To request deletion, contact AMitchell@AllWorldConstructions.com. Some records may need to be retained when required for business, legal, warranty, or approved project documentation reasons.
Security
The site uses validation, rate limiting, private-storage architecture, and secure-header defaults, but no website can promise perfect security.
